abigail89 arrived yesterday and they are delightful. Once again, brand new teas, brand new tea shop. I'm lovin' this :)
Mango green is a flavored green tea from The Spice and Tea Exchange. Ingredients are: organic green tea, safflower & marigold petals, natural mango and citrus pieces & flavoring. It is a beautiful mellow green with a wonderful fruity hint to it. It isn't overpowering or cloying; I found it smooth and refreshing. Definitely a green I'd place on my favorites list.
Cinnamon Plum is an herbal tea from The Spice and Tea Exchange. Ingredients are: cinnamon, hibiscus, currants, licorice root, natural plum flavor. This tea is a gorgeous deep pink color and has a bold spicy flavor. It is definitely strong tea and the cinnamon is not subtle, but it is an excellent partner to the plum here. The plum is... well, let's just say I used to go to a tearoom and order their plum tea until they stopped carrying it and I've been in mourning ever since. This? This is precisely what I've been missing about that tea. Yum!
