Doctor Who Series 6 Episode 3

Rory has more lives than a Timelord, honestly. Are we going to watch that boy die/nearly die every other episode? I mean... I like Rory, and the continual dying is starting to lose it's impact... I really hope that this isn't going to become the running joke of the Tardis...

This episode didn't do a whole lot for me, mostly in comparison to the awesome of first two episodes of the season. I think otherwise I would have enjoyed the whole PIRATES thing more.

Watching the CPR scene with Rory... I dunno. I like that they mostly focused on Amy and her facial expressions/reactions, more so than the actual CPR itself. It does make me wonder how CPR is taught in the UK though. I know that this is TV and all, but the rate of compressions to breaths was definitely different for single responder CPR than we do here. And if I remember correctly, I think community CPR (as opposed to healthcare professional CPR) has even done away with breaths altogether in favor of compressions only. Then again, if Rory had to tell Amy how to do it just prior, then I imagine he taught her how he would do it, being a nurse and all.

I am perhaps overthinking this?

I hate you. No more doctor who for me this season :(

(I moved out of dorm and no BBC at home, must find way to watch it online)

Also, I didn't actually read your post...cause SPOILERS, but I just wanted to let you know :)

I don't have BBC at home. I wound up getting the eps off of itunes. I am an addict, clearly.

Yeah I don't think I can get over my Apple-hate enough to get itunes just to watch dw... Still trying to convince the 'rents to get satellite!

I had severe apple avoidance/annoyance up until I played with a friend's iPod touch. And then my own mp3 player finally kicked the bucket (sandisk). I... could not resist.
