Tea Exchange v2.0 Post #3b
The remainder of my teas from the lovely
lauriegilbert...
Organic Sencha Pear is a flavored green tea from David's Tea. It contains: organic Japanese green tea, green rooibos, organic apple bits, organic marigold petals, and natural flavoring. My favorite of these three teas, it is light and just a tad sweet, without any of the overwhelming "grass clippings" impression that I sometimes get from straight green teas. Delightful and understated. The pear flavor becomes more pronounced as the tea cools. I've yet to try this one iced because it just doesn't last long enough to make it to the fridge ;)

Organic Super Chocolate is a flavored green tea from David's Tea. It contains: organic green rooibos, organic green tea, organic cinnamon, organic cocoa nibs, and natural flavoring. Not overwhelming as I've found some chocolate-type teas, but still strongly spiced for my tastes, good for those who enjoy a "richer" drink. The flavor doesn't change much with cooling. I will try this one again sweetened to see if that changes my thoughts on it, but for now it'll be an occasional drink when I'm in the mood to indulge in a cinnamony tea.

Organic White Tiger is a flavored white tea from David's Tea. It contains: organic Chinese white tea (bai mu dan), organic dried blueberries, organic cornflowers, organic licorice root, and natural flavoring. The flavoring in this tea is very light, so it strikes me as more of a white tea than a fruity tea. It's nice hot/warm, but I enjoyed it more and more as it cooled, so I suspect this tea will be more suited to an iced tea for me.

The teas, brewed: (Sencha Pear on the left, Super Chocolate in the middle, and White Tiger on the right)

And I'm glad you liked the pear, it isn't my favourite but I took a chance just in case! :D
